“Our goal is to mostly use products that are grown and raised in Lithuania. We’re always looking for seasonal products. It’s our philosophy, but we aren’t too categorical about it. We are focused on clients leaving our restaurant satisfied, having tried something new, or having experienced something close and familiar,” says Vladimir, chef of Burna House.
